Actuation |
| Offering actuation solutions to
most valves for all applications, including ball, butterfly,
diaphragm, gate and globe in spring return and double acting
pneumatic or electric in a range of voltages. We also offer an
array of add-ons, like switchboxes with micro switches, pilot
valves and potentiometers, all assembled and tested at works
as required. |

Boiler |
| A full range of valves and ancillaries
including safety relief, SDNR, and stop valves, level gauges,
cones, glasses, spindles and packing sleeves. Mobrey level equipment,
tube cleaners, fibre and topogE ovals, temperature and pressure
gauges, siphons and cocks, plus a full test, set and refurbishment
service for your safety relief valves, crowns and gauges. |

Copper and Brass |
| A one stop shop range of brass
and copper compression, capillary end feed and brazing pipe fittings,
copper tube and valves from 6mm to 159mm. We also stock radiator
valves, brass foundry, air eliminators, ball float valves, pipe
clips, solder, fluxes, torches and plumbing ancillaries. |

Cutting and Threading |
| A full range of pipe fittings,
clamps and flanges for steam, air, water, oil and chemicals,
including malleable iron, wrought iron, mild and stainless steel
to BS143/1256, BS1740, BS1387 and BS3799. Butt weld fittings
to BS1640 and BS1965. Weld, screwed and blank flanges to BS10,
BS4504 and ANSI BS1560 complete with nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets
and jointing compounds. |

Plastic |
| A WRC approved range of ABS and

cements and cleaners. We also stock MDPE tube in various coil
lengths plus a full range of poly fittings from 20mm to 90mm. |

Process Control |
| An impressive range of solenoid
valves and pneumatic oblique valves from 1/8 ” to 3” in
plastic, bronze, brass and stainless steel. Also a market leading
range of measuring and control equipment for temperature, pressure,
flow level and pH applications. |

Pumps |
| We offer a full range of domestic,
commercial and industrial pumps, including boiler feed, multistage
circulating, end suction and submersible by leading manufacturers
like WILO, Grundfos, Worthington Simpson, Lowara and ABS. |

Spirax |
| Including a full range of steam
and water traps, strainers, air eliminators, reducing valves,
separators, sight and check valves, temperature control and condensate
recovery units, stop, piston and safety relief valves. We also
arrange Spirax training, steam trap surveys and a complete overhaul
service. |

Tubes |
| We stock a full range of BS1387
black and galvanised tube, medium and heavy, screwed and plain
ended in full and half randoms, plus API5L and ASTM A106 seamless
and welded pipe. We also supply stainless steel tube in grades
304, 316 and 321 and CFS boiler tube to order. |

Valves |
| All types of valves, including
ball, blowdown, butterfly, check, commissioning, diaphragm, gate,
globe, knife, needle, parallel slide, reducing, regulating and
safety relief valves; available in all materials and end connections
suitable for domestic, commercial, industrial and aggressive
process applications. |

Overhaul |
| Replacing old and obsolete valves,
pumps and gauges is always expensive and often time consuming,
the dimensions are invariably different resulting in long and
costly pipe modifications. ITV’s refurbishment and repair
service offers a practical and cost effective solution to this
problem. Where the unit is within economical repair, we can collect
from site, supply a costing prior to commencement, return it
to site often within 7 days and guarantee the work for 12 months.
We also offer full testing, re-setting and certification for
safety relief valves and a re-calibration service for pressure
gauges. |

Tags |
All our valves can be despatched
with an identity tag and unique serial number, this makes future
identification easy and practical for replacement purposes. Also
useful is our boilerhouse on-site ID tagging service, this proactive
idea allows quick and easy identification in emergencies allowing
for an immediate response to a replacement.
